old khaki x unrestricted culture retail concept.

A pentagonal corner retail concept for Old Khaki, anchored by a brick archway hero moment and 'Unrestricted Culture' brand panels on a heritage green and gold facade.

project objective.

Reposition Old Khaki's in-mall corner footprint as a destination retail moment that carried the brand's 'Unrestricted Culture' campaign — a heritage-feel storefront strong enough to read from across the concourse while opening up a flexible interior for apparel display, fitting and dwell.

design approach.

Designed a pentagonal corner unit with a deep green and gold panelled facade, oversized 'OLD KHAKI' fascia and twin 'Unrestricted Culture' brand panels framing the entry. Inside, an arched brick hero wall with a backlit 'Unrestricted Culture' disc anchors the back-of-store, flanked by a herringbone timber floor, modular wall-mounted apparel rails, a tiled lit niche and a soft seating moment in tan upholstery. Planting and warm uplighting break up the dark palette and keep the space feeling grounded rather than corporate.

outcome.

Delivered a fully visualised retail concept that gave Old Khaki one reference set for facade, signage, fixtures and interior finishes — sign-off in a single review cycle and a brand-first corner unit ready for fabrication.
